Marshfield Fitness Client Beats Her Marshfield Personal Trainer
Wow!
So, every month at Robert Belley Fitness in Marshfield I pose a challenge.
That challenge motivates the studio. I use it as measure by which to track how mentally tough and physically tough my clients are too.
Well, for the first time in Robert Belley Fitness history, Robert Belley has been outdone! đ
Tara beat my latest time by 2:52!!!!!
I won’t tell you exactly what the challenge is…. thats TOP SECRET stuff. I think it’s one of the many programs that seperates my Marshfield personal training studio apart from all the other Marshfield fitness options in town.
But the client beat the professional.
The student took down the master.
And I couldn’t ever be prouder of her… Not that I’m not already…
I’m always proud of her. You can read how proud here from a previous post about a month ago.
But, that also means I have new moitvation đ
I HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN!
I’m hoping I can beat HER TIME!! I’m gonna do it a little while later today…
Tara carb loaded…
I’ve been eating Nature’s Promise Multi-Grain bread the last 20 minutes.. haha.
And I won’t lie, I also ate a Hostess style cupcake from Cupcake Charlie’s in Plymouth that Holly gave me last night for helping her install her Pilates tower.
I’m gonna give it my best….

Let me ask you a question,
If you decide to both burn lots of fat and build lots of muscle do you think itâs possible simultaneously?
Well sort of,
If youâre a beginner, your neurological and ânewâ stimulus will definitely elicit an amazing change in your body.
If youâre a genetic Adonis or Aphrodite yes your body will simply respond to both with very little dedication⌠from my experience about less than 1% of the population have this gift.
If youâre on anabolic-androgenic steroids then yes you will also have this chance, but youâll also set yourself up for an emotional tornado of self-destructive self-esteem over time as well as be participating in something very illegal with the law.
So what do we need to do?
We need to focus.
Simply F O C U S.
If youâre involved in activity A, but also thinking about activity B, Activity C, D, E and so forth will âAâ get your full attention and provide you the best result?
Of course not.
If youâre in a training session and thinking about the laundry, the kids, the ocean, your sisterâs meatloaf recipe, the trash at home getting out then you are not getting the best result you need and desire from your workout. Your training sessions must be ONLY your training session. Thatâs the best result.
If you were working in a deli, using the slicer and while shaving down some cheese slices began to let your thoughts run towards others non-slicing related task in that moment what do you think may happen?
Youâll lose a finger or seriously hurt yourself.
Itâs all about focus.
Staying in the moment.
Nothing else matters.
You need to only worry about the task that you CAN control.
You canât control the trash during your workout.
You canât control the laundry during your workout.
You can’t control the ocean during your workout.
You canât control dinner during your workout.
You canât control ANYTHING but your workout during your workout.
So STAY IN THE MOMENT.
Began adding this technique and I PROMISE you will find much better, and faster results within weeks if not days!
